The ActImpact Foundation is a non-profit entity which operates in close partnership with Canadian universities, federal agencies, foundations and multilateral agencies. The ActImpact Foundation takes up research and consulting, projects for implementation and provides incubator services around chosen themes of technology development and adoption, skill development, innovation, women empowerment, markets and entrepreneurship in sectors of agriculture and climate change, health, hygiene and nutrition, education, water, renewable energy and financial inclusion. Knowledge and evidence thus created is scaled up institutionally through targeted policy advocacy initiatives. The foundation works on designing and executing programs for developmental impact in Canada, Latin America, South Asia & Africa.
The ActImpact Foundation is supported strategically by the NSFI (National Skill Foundation of India) www.nsfindia.org, a non-profit organization in India. NSFI has successfully completed over 100+ projects across the sectors of agriculture, financial inclusion and technology adoption. NSFI has a wide geographical footprint across Indian subcontinent and South East Asian countries like Indonesia, and partnerships in select African nations. NSFI is widely recognized and awarded, with a strong network of strategic partnerships with apex organizations in selected African nations.
